Anne speaks at SIAC Annual India Conference 2026

Anne will be speaking at the SIAC Annual India Conference 2026, taking place on 28 November 2026 at The St. Regis Mumbai, India.

Held under the theme “Charting the Path to Effective Dispute Resolution: Strategy, Process and Outcome”, the conference will bring together leading arbitration practitioners to discuss key issues in international dispute resolution.

Anne will participate in the panel “Inside SIAC: This Award Survives Scrutiny”, moderated by Vivekananda Neelakantan, Registrar of SIAC. She will be joined by Vijayendra Pratap Singh (AZB & Partners), Nakul Dewan KC (Twenty Essex), Shaneen Parikh (Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co.) and Nicholas Peacock (Peacock Arbitration).

The panel will explore the scrutiny of arbitral awards and the considerations involved in ensuring that awards withstand legal challenges.
