Dr Matthew Secomb is an independent arbitrator working out of Secomb Arbitration (Singapore/Paris). He is also an Adjunct Professor at NUS Law in Singapore. He has over 25 years’ experience in the field of international arbitration, having sat as arbitrator under most major arbitral rules.
