Matthew appointed to co-head ICC Commission Working Group
October 5, 2026

Matthew has been appointed to co-head a Working Group of the ICC Commission on Arbitration and ADR. The Working Group is tasked with updating the ICC Commission's 2012 Report on 'Controlling Time and Costs in Arbitration'.
This update is significant. It will both bring the report up to date with contemporary arbitral practice, and also play an important role following the new 2026 ICC Rules of Arbitration (which refer to the Commission's work on case management techniques).
Matthew is also Vice-Chair of the ICC Commission on Arbitration and ADR. The commission is ICC's unique think tank on dispute resolution.
