Anne & Matthew train Bhutanese lawyers on construction arbitration

Dr Anne and Dr Matthew Secomb delivered a two-day course in Thimphu, Bhutan for the Bhutan ADR Centre. Aimed at local lawyers, government officials and ADR professionals, the course covered construction claims, variations, defects, site conditions and the specificities of construction arbitration.
